Why do you think you feel shame? Family pressure or peers snubbing you? I know everyoe feels kind of inadequate at some point or another, but 4 years is a long time to feel that way. When you came out, how did people react? Maybe we can start there. I hope to hear from you again, and I´d be happy to respond privately if you would prefer.
