Well you should tell your parents when you are ready to tell them. That may mean that you never tell them because are never ready. Or that you tell them at this moment, because are ready. Honestly, it’s up to you to figure out how to go about that situation. I’ve never met you or your parents so I really can’t say anything about what you should do.
I suggest you follow your gut feelings, and do what you think is the right thing.
As for dating others, you can obviously explain your feelings on monogamy in relationships. If someone worth dating comes around, they will definitely not mind the fact that you are bi.
